The organisation has been operating in the UK for the last 10 years and represent some of the world’s best spinal products. They have a number of tenders which they have won recently hence the requirement for additional headcount. The organisation is looking to reward employees who do very well with shares in the business and flexible targets and bonus incentives.
They are looking for 3 Territory Managers in different areas of the UK including South Coast, Midlands and North West.
You will obviously be highly driven, personable and enthusiastic about your work – providing a consultative and genuine sales approach to customers.
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- A successful track record as a Strategic Account Manager or Territory Manager in Surgical Medical Devices.
- Experience selling complex systems, concepts, and solutions that involves multiple decision makers specifically consultants in theatre.
- Educated to Degree level with exceptional communication, negotiation, and account management capabilities.
- Excellent problem solver with a collaborative approach to account management.
